How are your products sterilized?
All agar plates and substrates go through autoclave sterilization at 121°C for 20+ minutes and are poured in a HEPA-filtered clean environment. Each batch is incubated and quality-checked before shipping to ensure zero contamination.

How should I store my agar plates?
Store plates agar-side up at room temperature (18-22°C) away from direct sunlight. For longer storage, refrigerate at 2-8°C — allow them to come to room temperature before use to prevent condensation. Plates are best used within 30 days of receipt.
